1. This is the first time I am purchasing, the size doesn't fit me, can I exchange/refund them?
We ensure every piece of shirt you receive is new and clean. Therefore, due to the nature of our product and hygiene purposes, we do not accept exchange/refunds especially with the on-going pandemic situation.
Please measure your size properly before purchase. You can always email us at contactus@anthel.com.sg if you are not sure which size to order.
2. Where does Anthel ship to?
Currently we only ship within Singapore but we are exploring international shipping option.

We ship from Singapore.

Visa, Master and ApplePay.
All payment will be charged in SGD.
5. Where can I check my order status?

6. What if I received Defective/Incorrect Item(s)?
Drop us an email to contactus@anthel.com.sg with your order number, picture of defective/incorrect item within 7 days and we will get back to you within 12 hours.
7. How can I cancel my order?
Drop us an email to contactus@anthel.com.sg within 24 hours from your purchase. Please provide your order number and we will make sure your order is cancelled with a full refund.
